The Wasteland is not ordered by justice. It is ordered by utility.

Arconte

Maximum authority of the clan. Decides wars, pacts and punishments. Their word is not discussed — it is executed.

The Voice

Speaks in the name of the Arconte. Transmits orders and controls the narrative. What the Voice says becomes truth.

Guardians

Direct military force. They protect, execute, maintain order. They are the visible presence of power.

Forged

Warriors who have passed the trials. They are not born with power. They earn it. And they keep it with blood.

Seeds

Aspirants and youth without full rank. They learn, survive or die before ascending. They are the future… if they reach it.

Common people

Farmers, craftsmen, merchants. The foundation of the Wasteland, subject to the clan's protection. Protection, here, almost always means control.

Slaves

Property. No name, no rights, no choice. Their value depends on what they produce… or how long they endure.

Blood name

In the Wasteland there are no surnames. Only blood names: belonging, loyalty and obligation. They are inherited or earned. Whoever bears one is not free — they are part of something greater.

Beyond the hierarchy

The clans govern people. But trade, knowledge and time are in the hands of others. In the Wasteland, that can be more power than any army.
